Flo (Ti) Foster died in her sleep in the early morning of Thursday 7 October. Her heart was stopped by a blood clot. She was Ti to her family, and Flo to her friends. To all, she was a wonderful daughter, sister, cousin, godmother, colleague and friend. Her passing leaves a massive hole in all our lives.

Hey Flo – not a day goes by—miss you – xxxxx
Making spicy parsnip soup and thinking of Flo, and not believing it possible that another Xmas has gone past without her. It’s RUBBISH, it really is. Missing you Lovely Flo, as always, you’re smiling down on me from your photo wearing a red tinsel scarf, sparkling, as always. love Sue xxxxx
A lovely Flo day in the old Primavera where Flo used to work with Roger, Kaz, Debs, Julia and Pat. Nice to know that the Brighton bunch were celebrating with us xxx
Saturday 22nd is Floday.
We’re thinking of meeting in Brighton around lunchtime (1.00-1.30-ish) up at the allotment, before wandering over to Flo’s grave and maybe doing some tidying. Then a walk along the racecourse, down towards the sea. And, in the evening, we’ll be congregating in the Bristol Bar again. All very welcome. Bring warm clothes. And soup. (I’ll bring a gas burner up to the allotment to warm up said soup). Contact me for further info.
As with last year, wherever you are, join us across the time zones by raising a glass of your favourite tipple (ale, red wine sloe gin, whatever it might be) at 7.00pm, and toasting “Flo Foster”. Last year’s was heard across the world… (we can’t guarantee any big bangs this year, tho…)

I miss you and wish you could be a big part in the latest adventure…. Ethan Thomas. Love to Nick, Nic and Graeme xxx
Hey Flo – Hope you will join us tonight for a huge Grosvenor-style nosh up in your honour.
Much love to all who loved you xxxx
Raising a glass in Bristol tonight to the gorgeous Flo Foster. Wish I was with you guys in Brighton or Manchester (and beyond) to remember all the good times. I was a lucky boy to have Flo as a friend and I just wish I was raising a glass with her, rather than to her, right now. Miss you Flo x x x x
Thinking of you, Graeme, and everyone taking part in the stroll in remembrance of our darling Flo. I’ll be with you in the White Hart, at least in spirit, and there will be a few of us at Grosvenor tonight, tucking into roast lamb and raising a glass, as you hit the Bristol (no fighting ‘acker!)
We are so blessed to have known the beautiful Flo (Ti), and to have shared in the joie de vivre of this wonderful and wise girl/woman.
Sending lots of love from the blustery north.

Thinking of you Flo, Pat, Gilly, all your family and friends who love you so very much and sending the good vibrations to you all. Wishing I could feel the Brighton breeze blowing on my cheeks, be with everyone and feel nearer but we will raise a glass and shout loud and proud, Flo Foster!
Sitting here this evening together, reading the comments on this site. Love what Judith said,so true. Wishing we could join in the walks and gathering. Will be with you in Spirit. Huge love to everyone….the power of Flo Flows Through. xxxxxxxxxx
Sending love to you Graeme and will raise a glass to lovely Flo. Have a wonderful day in rememberance.

I’d so love to be able to come walking with you all, what a splendid idea. I had a great Sussex walk with Flo once, toiling up hot hills, swishing through grass, tramping over hay stubble with great views of the sea. I wish we’d done it more. But I’ll be there in the Bristol Bar, really looking forward to seeing all you Flo Folk xx
Much love today to Graeme, Nik, all family and friends. Forever Flo, always in my thoughts and heart, I will come to Brighton this Dec/Jan to see you, dear. Cant believe you left us this time last year, wish you were here xxxx
Thanks Stan, I am up for the walk and would welcome a lift or can take my car also if needed x
The plan for Friday is to meet at Buxted (near Uckfield) train station for 10.30. There’s a couple of possible walks: one’s around 4 miles, the other is 7 miles, but we’ll probably chose on the day, depending on the weather, etc. Then we’re planning a pub lunch around 12.30 at the White Hart pub in Buxted. We’ll make our way back to Brighton after that, and will be aiming to congregate in the Bristol Bar from 6.30 / 7.00 onwards… If you’re up for the walk or lunchtime pub, email me (stan@grenier.co.uk) or leave a message here.
Dear Friends of Flo,
We are planning to get together on October the 7th to remember our dear Flo/Ti. We will have a walk and pub lunch outside Brighton (a drive/train ride away) and return to gather in a pub early evening. Details to follow soon. Please join us if you want to/or can xx
Happy Birthday Flo! Thinking of you. Had a lot of really vivid dreams about you since you went, and they’re always so warm and comforting. Only bad part is waking up but you still feel very much there and that’s lovely. xxxx
Happy birthday Flo. Missing you as always here in Edinburgh. Sending out the love to all the folks. xxxxxxxxxxx
Thinking of you on your birthday Flo. Missing you and all those good times xxx
Had a lovely dream last night Flo – all warm and having a laugh- elbows leaning on each others knees . I woke up feeling happy and with the essence of Flo Foster all around me. Thanks for the birthday visit —–Come again soon

Flo and Pat hugging what a comforting image. Thinking of you Graeme, xxxxx
Missing you mate, thinking of you and your mum on this Winter solstice, hope your spirits soar forever….
Tunnocks are now stocked in our local shops in Perth, I seem to see them more and more…
Recently had a challenge in my life and without thinking I asked myself “What would Flo say?” and realised that actually she wouldn’t have said anything. She would just listen to what I had to say and without a word, give me a look as if to say “so, now you know what to do” before giving me a grin to stop me taking myself too seriously, making me laugh! You will know of course, that this really helped in my little challenge. God Bless Her!
It’s been my absolute privilege to know Flo and I really cannot imagine she’ll ever be far away. Hugs to all her family and friends.
